About

Small Shop Starter Guides is an independent site for people starting their first online store. It is run by a writer based in Japan who works with small business paperwork and setup in their day job.

How we write our guides

• We base our guides on official documentation, pricing pages and policies from each company, and we link to them where we can.
• We don't invent personal experiences. If we haven't used something ourselves, we say so or simply describe the public information.
• Prices and features change often. Always check the official page before you decide.
